Victory Church practices water baptism after a person has made a decision to follow Christ. Water baptism is an outward sign of the inward change. Baptism by water immersion is a great way to publicly profess your own personal faith in Jesus Christ.
Follow these steps to be baptized at Victory Church:
1. Fill out the registration form by clicking the button
2. Attend the Baptism Class one week prior to the baptism service
3. Attend the Pre-Baptism Class before the 11AM service, on the day of baptisms
4. Attend the Next Steps Reception following the Baptism service
As believers we have the awesome privilege and responsibility to raise our children in the faith. At Victory we love supporting parents in this decision so we have Child Dedications during the 11AM service on Sundays a few times throughout the year.
By dedicating your child, you vow by God’s help, to be faithful to God, and to teach and train your child in the ways of the Lord according the the Bible so that he/she might one day trust Him as Savior and Lord. Thus, while child dedications are about devoting a child to the Lord, they are also just as much about the parents, grandparents or primary caregiver committing themselves to the Lord.
If you’d like to dedicate your child to the Lord at Victory Church, simply fill out this form and we’ll be in contact with you as to the specific details.
Bible Reading Plan
The Bible is the living and active Word of God, unfolding God’s story of redemption through the saving work of Jesus Christ that continues today. The Bible is one of the primary means of grace that God has provided for us. It is imperative that we as Christians understand His Word to have an intimate relationship with Him, hear what He’s speaking to us, and how He’s inviting us to respond. Victory Church’s hope is to see our church body growing daily by reading God’s Word, and engaging the whole counsel of God as a community.
To help you in your daily devotion, we’ve prepared the The Victory Church Bible Reading Plan. This plan generally includes two chapters of reading per day, and often has readings from both the Old Testament and New Testament. Today is the perfect day to get started developing your personal devotion. “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32
